Bookings
Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or by email.
Each booking is confirmed by a message or email from us.
Pricing
Our rates are provided in advance.
Any special request or extended waiting time may result in additional charges.
Payment
Payment can be made online, by bank transfer, or on-site (according to the agreed terms).
Some services may require a deposit or advance payment.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service.
In case of late cancellation, a fixed fee may be charged.
Delays
If the client is late at the pickup location, a fee may apply after 15 minutes of free waiting time.
Liability
RS Limousine cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure (e.g., severe traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.).
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
If the client cancels more than 24 hours in advance: full refund.
If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance: no refund.
If RS Limousine cancels the service (technical issue, unavailability): full refund.
Refunds are made within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method.
