  • More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund.

2. Cancellation by RS Limousine
In the event of cancellation on our part due to a technical issue, driver unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

3. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original method of payment.
